Troubleshooting: Kiosk is not showing category or items.

If you recently set up your account and your staff and your kiosk is not displaying the categories or items, you may not have finished setting up your staff on the admin side.

This issue is commonly related to Concessionaire.

When you don’t have Concessionaire setup don’t select Section or Concessionaire in Staff Location field.

In the admin dashboard navigate to Staff > Staff

Click on the employee you would like to log in as

Confirm that Staff Location has no selection.
